The company was formed in 1986 to import parts for vehicles, forklift trucks and construction equipment from the USA, Japan and Germany for sale in the UK and Overseas. The core parts business provided the opportunity to expand into equipment franchises for related equipment to sell to the same customer base.

This has evolved into a comprehensive range of concrete related plant machines to make concrete, slipform it, saw it, drill it, grind it, or demolish it.

More recently a brokerage service for the sale or hire of container handling machines and construction plant was introduced to UK and Overseas clients with considerable success.
